Jiu Jitsu/MMA

Jujutsu, also known as jiu-jitsu and ju-jitsu, is a family of Japanese martial arts and a system of close combat that can be used in a defensive or offensive manner to subdue one or more weaponless or armed and armored opponents.

Children's Classes:


  • Ninja Warrior Obstacle Course (ages 3-5) 

    • NOT available every season. Please see current schedule.

Your child will learn to follow instruction and listen while having fun moving through an obstacle course like a Ninja Warrior. Parent assistance is required, kick off your shoes and join in the fun! We find students are ready around the age of 3 , we can make some exceptions if they are younger. 1 day a week (4 classes/month) 

  • Tiny Ninjas (ages 2.5-3)

Your child will learn the basics about jiu jitsu with their favorite adult. Parent assistance is required, kick off your shoes and join in the fun! We find students are ready around the age of 3, we can make some exceptions if the are younger. 

  • Lil' Ninjas (ages 4-5)

We teach your child self-defense with the basic techniques & values of the jiu jitsu lifestyle. There is no striking, children learn to use leverage against their opponents. 

*Gi uniform required (available to purchase in the studio). 

  • Youth Jiu Jitsu (ages 6-9) 

We teach your child self-defense with the basic techniques & values of the jiu jitsu lifestyle. There is no striking, children learn to use leverage against their opponents.

  • Jr Jiu Jitsu (ages 10-13)

In the Jr class we will work on teaching strike free self-defense techniques along with the values of the jiu jitsu lifestyle. Children will learn to be self-confident enough to stand up for themselves without using violence as the first line of defense.

ADULT CLASSES:

  •  Adult/Teen Jiu Jitsu/MMA age 14+
